About FitZone Ventura
FitZone Ventura is a group training studio specializing in helping busy adults over 40 achieve their fitness and health goals. The studio offers over 40 weekly classes, ranging from high intensity weight interval training to other fun and effective formats. FitZone prides itself on its supportive community atmosphere, with members describing feeling challenged and leaving in a better mood after each class. The studio has been recognized as the best in Ventura nine times in a row. In addition to classes, FitZone provides nutritional guidance and challenges to support members on their journey.
FitZone is great! There are different types of classes throughout the day. Scheduling is easy, and the coaches are fun and encouraging. This is the first gym I have stayed long term and am still excited to go to every day, there is a lot of variety.
I LOVE this gym. One of my favorite things is that I can show up and have no idea what the workout is going to be, but I know I’m going to get a great workout and actually have fun doing it.
Molly (the owner) brings the best energy. She’s so welcoming and enthusiastic, and it really sets the tone for the whole place. All of the instructors are great too. You can tell they actually care and want you to do well.
I took a break when I had my kids and came back a couple years later, and they welcomed me back like I never left. That meant a lot!

The FitZone community is absolutely amazing! Every single one of the coaches is fantastic, the classes are great, and the atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. The best part is that you’re not treated like just another member—they truly make you feel like part of the family. They hold you accountable, motivate you, and keep you coming back for more.
