I’ve been getting 3 of my kids glasses and my own from here for years! Not only has the staff been super friendly and patient especially when my little ones are asking millions of questions n trying on just about every pair, also thanks to their glasses for kids program I was able to get my girls replacement glasses when I wasn’t financially able to. Definitely going to continue coming here
Big thanks to Daniel for taking time to help my 17 year old neurodivergent son pick out his first pair of glasses ever. My son ended up with 2 eyeglass frames on our first visit. The Eyeglass Factory runs a great buy 1, get 1, deal for children, plus Daniel took the time to review our insurance policy and make sure we utilized every avenue available, and get money back. We didn't need to add on any bells-and whistles or nonsense extras - just went with what was necessary for a young college student. It was a sweet deal! We returned a week later to Daniel where he helped get the frames perfectly fitted after they had been made. My son is a sweetheart of a young man with a great sense of humor and a gift of mind- He can be persnickety due to his sensory sensitivity. I thought he might give Daniel a run for his money. After almost an hour of adjusting the frames to the "perfect fit," my son finally settled into them. Daniel never wavered in his assistance to help. He had excellent intuition, never became overwhelmed or standoffish, and allotted extra time and patience to help my son settle into his decision. I appreciate Daniel recognizing the needs of my son and helping joyfully without hesitation or judgment. He was capable and confident, had a warm sense of humor and steady compassion with direct communication, (which is strongly needed when interacting with a teenage kid and especially a person with diverse abilities.) He also maintained supporting us while assisting other customers as needed. Kindness goes a long way! I overall just want to say, Thank You! We'll be back next time. Also, to note: it was going to cost over $450 with insurance at our local eye doctor for 1 pair of glasses for my kid. At the Eyeglass Factory, my son got 2 pairs, both with blue light filtering, for $146 out the door. Thanks again, Daniel, for actually looking at my insurance policy!
My wife broke her glasses and was frantic to get them fixed asap. I goggled glasses repair shops and liked the look of the Eyeglass Factory so we jumped in the car and headed over. We were greeted by a lovely young lady when we arrived and showed her the issue with my wife's glasses. She took them right away and fixed them on the spot. When I asked her what I owed her for the repair she said "no charge", it's our pleasure to help". I was astonished. When was the last time anyone did anything just to be helpful at no charge. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They have my business going forward for all our glasses needs. Well done guys!
