Ron is a pleasure to work with! I'm a home owner, property manager, and realtor. I have used him for both inspections and repairs. Most recently, he repaired a leaky spot in the roof of one of my homes which entailed cutting out and replacing rotted plywood, laying down new sheathing, and reinstalling the tile shingles. He also did a routine maintenance by revealing all of the areas of the roof that water could possibly get in. Hisquality of work always exceeds my expectations. He keeps in communication with me, sends pictures, gives me options, and gets everything done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Ron the Roofer!
