24 Hour Fitness offers clean, friendly gyms with motivating fitness classes and a wide range of premium strength and cardio equipment. The facilities include turf zones, lap pools, and personal training options, making it an ideal spot for workouts. The staff, such as a helpful representative on the phone, receive praise for their professionalism. The pool area shower has been broken for over a month, and the sauna has an unpleasant smell. Despite these issues, the gym's second level impresses many visitors. It is a great place to recharge the body and mind. The gym in this location is the best. The members and the staff are all friendly, and they have good membership prices. The General Manager is welcoming, has great customer service, and has a warm aura, making this club the favorite in the area. The Front Desk staff are well-mannered and friendly gentlemen. The Cleaning staff, especially the tall gentleman, keep the club looking professional.
Kodi was awesome getting me set up for my 24 hour membership in Ventura. He was very knowledgeable of my fitness needs and his customer service was outstanding! He runs the 24 hour fitness in Ventura better than any in the area and I am happy to be a member here!! Thanks Kodi, 24 hour should be proud to have you!!
I gave them a 3 but only because the staff is friendly. This place is filthy. The floors need to be scraped and steam cleaned and I doubt the filth will completely come out. The women’s bathroom sink area stinks and it think it’s probably the drains. The pool is giving my brother a rash and when he doesn’t go it clears up and returns when he swims. I’ve been in gyms throughout the US and this one is the dirtiest. I’ve heard the Oxnard one worse so that isn’t an option either.
They have good options on machines and weights.

The Ventura location is the best. The upgrade to the gym are 10/10. Staff is amazing and welcoming. Chris was extremely helpful with helping me with my app and getting it working on my phone
