This is a great place and Ziri is a lovely human being. My father in law passed away and my husband and sister in law were really torn about what to do. They wanted cremation but had a lot of family coming in expecting a service and the funeral homes that we contacted were overpriced and generally not helpful. We learned from Ziri that we could have the service at home the same way as an open casket funeral at a funeral home. Ziri was incredibly kind and so helpful from the moment we met her. She came to our house and we discussed how to do it, she helped us with all the forms and was so gentle and kind. She promised to make my father in law look good and covered him...read full review

My mother passed away in Los Angeles and Friends Funeral Home helped us through the entire process of dealing with her loss.
