Eilene and the team at FRIENDS Funeral Home made an incredibly difficult time for our family so much easier to navigate. From the very first email to the final details around the death certificate, cremation permit, and arrangements for transporting the ashes to India, their responsiveness and care made a real difference.

They worked quickly to coordinate with the doctor and handle all the paperwork, and accommodated our Hindu tradition cremation rites every step of the way. Their kindness and professionalism throughout meant a great deal to us, and we're deeply grateful for everything they did.

Losing my dad was one of the hardest experiences of my life, and I cannot express how grateful I am to the entire team—especially Eileen—for making such a difficult time so much easier to navigate.
