These guys are clowns they caused a water leak in our kitchen and they left to go get things to clean it up and they never returned not surprised that they are out of business.... 🙄

I am very dissatisfied with the plumbing company referred by our HOA management. They never answer their phone calls, and when you leave a message, they don't call back. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Furthermore, they consistently delay their appointments by at least an hour. Punctuality is crucial, especially for a service-oriented business, and their inability to arrive on time is unacceptable. It seems this issue is a common complaint among their customers, yet nothing has been done to address it.

I called t&m plumbing. This was our conversation.

Me: “ hi. Is now a good time to take about a plumbing issue?”

T&m: “no.”

Me: “When’s a good time to call?”

T&m: “probably never.”

Then he hung up.

I am shocked.
