I really like the products they sell. I've had a great run with them. Recently I bought a system that was not good when I purchased it and when I put it in it didn't work at all. The manufacturer gave me the runaround so much so that I had to buy a new one just to make sure it wasn't the first one that I bought that was bad. I had to pay for half of that which I don't think was fair plus I had to pay my guys extra to take the time and effort to put that system in.

Great place! They have everything and the best place in the U.S. but i am giving a 1 normally just to show how big of a joke YELP is. If I keep giving out 1's soon we will be a 0. You know how much money they want to get a bad review off of yelp?????? That is the biggest joke! Don't believe in everything you read!

since i am the owner of genie and yelp is a joke to me, but maybe not to other i guess. if i can write a bad review of myself, anyone can. it you have to wait 3 seconds in a line, that gives you a reason for a 1 star review. yelp you are very cleaver in checking reviews. there are companies that are in the ac business that gave us 1 star, thank you for that, it shows the credibilty of yelp. oops one last thing, did you know i could keep givning myself 1 star at any time. yelp, i decided not to pay to get our 1-3 star average off!note: yelp your doing such a great service for people!
