Genie Air Conditioning and Heating Inc.

Genie Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. offers a wide selection of products at competitive prices. They have various styles, capacities, and dimensions to choose from, making them an ideal place for those in need of air conditioning or heating systems. However, some customers may find themselves being directed towards the company's own brand, "Genie," before being offered well-known brands. In some instances, this may lead to uncomfortable interactions with the staff.

In terms of customer service, Genie Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. has received mixed reviews. While some customers have had positive experiences with the company's products, others have encountered issues that required them to purchase additional units at their own expense. The company's return and exchange policy may also be a source of frustration for some customers, as they may not find it fair.

Overall, Genie Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. is a good option for those in need of a quick air conditioning unit, as they have an extensive inventory readily available in their warehouse for immediate pickup. However, customers should be prepared for the possibility of encountering some resistance when requesting well-known brands over the company's own product line.
