A local appliance repair shop recommended to place a call to Coast Appliance Parts in Van Nuys. From the first time I called, Gale was all about customer service, impressive! Provided the part number I was seeking and answered all my questions. First, I got the impression not too many ladies walk in on the shop to buy washer machine parts. No special treatment I was treated like the rest of the guys. Love it! Their professionalism and friendliest was genuinely. The value per package for these parts were less than ordering online.
