Airflow installed my unit 20 years ago and it’s working amazing. Any time I needed a service call they came same day. This unit cools 3 Airbnb units
You can imagine the stress… their technician came in the morning, Identified the problem, Called the office to order a part and came back an hour and a half later with the new part installed it and I had air-conditioning back again in no time. My guests couldn’t believe it, they already made plans to go to a hotel … I can’t stress enough how important is a good service.
I highly recommend them to any individual or business Excellent service with a peace of mind.
Update*** the manager called me and we cleared up the confusion. He was very kind and resolved the billing inquiry. I am satisfied.
I called them last night and they came next day to check my A/C. Phone call was a bit misleading as the rep stated that the service call fee would be applied to any work done. The tech stated it won’t be applied to my work because my work was under $600. Aurelio was very friendly and got the job done in 30 min, but I wish they were more clear about pricing. I feel like what I paid was high for the work done. I now have a 1 year warranty on the part they fixed.
