“Had an appointment with Kristen today! I was a new client to her, coming in with my last cut being approximately 2 years ago! My hair was long, dry, damaged, my poor curls barely hanging on. First!! Let me say - Kristen is extremely thorough! I've had 3 other curly cuts prior by three other professionals. She's the only one who reached out prior to my appointment to ask about my concerns, inspo pics as well as current and past pics of my hair, what products I like and what my goals are. Not only did she reach out requesting all of this info before hand - but she also remembered this info at our appointment time today! Which tells me she took the time to actually read it. Her office/salon space is so cute/clean/welcoming. I arrived about 10 min late (SORRY!!) but she was super understanding and very sweet and accommodating. Once in the chair she got right to work. Every step of the way she made sure to double check that we were still on the same page in terms of length/style and next steps. While cutting she provided tips and tricks so that I could make sure I prolong my cut/style and health of my curls. I'm so happy w my cut! Curls are revitalized, my family approves as well lol. I will be returning for color soon but definitely for my next curly cut. Would give more stars if I could!“
