My experience with Zothex Flooring was with Josh and only Josh and he gets a 5 star review. I called them to fabricate my island top. Josh was professional and knowledgeable from the start . We ran into some problems with fabrication, timing, scheduling etc. It was not a perfect process but Josh held it all together. I’d want him on my team for any project

I am so happy with Zothex! I had them rip out my old carpet and install new carpet, and I am extremely pleased with the results. My sales rep, Carlos, went above and beyond and was so helpful. I live out of state and I needed new carpet in a property in Sacramento that I plan to rent out, and Carlos helped me every step of the way, sending me photos and making the process smooth as can be. I called Zothex on a Wednesday, Carlos went out same day to measure, and got me estimate same day, and on Monday I had brand new carpet installed. We had an unfortunate recent discovery that our new home's toilet had been installed improperly in a way that led to water leaking underneath the tiles without our knowledge for an extended period of time. After uncovering the initial damage (see first two photos), we quickly gave Zothex a call and Carlos came out the very next day to get us an estimate. He was prompt, professional, and thorough in talking through the repair process. He even got us scheduled within a week!
