Online check in is a must! Do it ahead of time, so you know what the estimated wait time is. The estimate time is fairly accurate. Once it was an hour wait, so I ran some errands.I highly recommend Julie. I would discuss what haircut I want and we'd talk about what's trendy/what would suit my facial features. Also, the haircut itself lasted approx 15 mins. She was fast and efficient. I def trust her with my hair.Tip: if you sign up online you can get a coupon!
I really like Great Clips. There is not a long wait when you sign in online. Holly is Great and I Love the way she trims me up! Customer service friendly. All employees are courteous.
I went here for the first time today and I just wanted a trim with a few layers. Well, now that I'm home and my hair is dry my layers don't look smooth. You can see where they were cut straight across and if I put it in a ponytail it looks uneven and lopsided. :( Gonna go get it fixed somewhere else.
