Not every instructor will fit everyone’s preference, but that’s actually a plus — you have options to find the teaching style that works best for you.
Today I met a instructor Emma who delivered a great class. The flow was well-paced, the cues were clear, and the workout was both challenging and energizing. I left feeling strong and accomplished.

From the receptionist to the main therapist Deanna they are all great, work with my schedule, and I have been progressing every week since my pain is 90% gone. The facility is nice, they have a lot of equipment, unlimited exercises and stretches and will give you some extracurricular activities as well on the reformer. Highly recommended“

I slipped two discs in my back last summer, and I was afraid that I would lose the quality of life that I had before my injury. But I made the commitment to come to studio 10 Pilates twice a week, and it really has changed my life. I'm so grateful for the support, kindness, and encouragement from Taylor, Tessa, and Rachel. The courses are challenging, but I never feel like it's too much. Even when we had other students in our class, I felt the individual attention that I needed to overcome my injury. My experience with them has always been amazing, all the instructors are very professional and knowledgeable. I trained with Michell and Hadil throughout my whole pregnancy and they were very accommodating and thorough, helping me to feel strong and pain free. It is hard to train while pregnant, but they made me confidant that I am safe and are probably the reason why I had an easy pregnancy. The studio is always clean and tidy and very well equipped. I even took my father who was minimal experience with pilates and he is now a fan. Cannot recommend sanctuary pilates enough!“

I have many spinal problems and have needed intuitive help to strengthen my body without injuring myself. She is so good at helping me to get in positions which aren't painful, focus on my posture and alignment, and do specific stretches and moves when I am in pain. She has also done cranial therapy when I'm in a flare which has been helpful as well. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to work on their physical well being. I highly recommend her!!!!“

“I've been coming to Bourne Pilates for a few months for a private 30-minute session as I try to recover from bilateral knee injuries. The facility is great - quiet, clean, and incredibly welcoming. I've only worked with one instructor - Taylor - and she has been absolutely amazing! I am so much stronger and feel so much better overall, and I have never left a session where my knee injuries were exacerbated (which did happen when I tried pilates elsewhere before finding this studio). I highly recommend Taylor and Bourne Pilates!!“
