    It will be 2 years in June since I started with Studio 10 Pilates and I'm glad Rachel was quick to respond :) I had zero clue what pilates was then but Rachel is passionately knowledgeable with what she does. I recommend her studio because she has a big heart for her clients, sympathetically personable. My back and knee pain has lessened ever since and so I always look forward to my weekly session.

    So happy I found studio 10! I look forward to my sessions every week. Both Rachel and Katie are amazing instructors. Rachel is easy to contact, communicative, personable, and knowledgeable. I love that she adjusts the workouts each week, so it never gets boring! She's also very understanding of any pain or injuries you have and will modify exercises accordingly. I like that the studio is very clean and classes are small, so you get a more personalized workout.

    I've been looking to start a new, different workout session...so i was looking for a Pilates class. I sent out a request on yelp and luckily Rachel (owner) replied back pretty fast so I decided to give them a shot. I went with private session instead of group classes and I couldn't be any happier. I will say, my session wasn't really the best...I didn't feel like my instructor was a good fit for me...but my 2nd session was really good. I believe my instructor's name is Tessa...she was cool, she asked questions before we started and just took her time explaining everything.
