Katia is attentive, intelligent, warm, and best of all - she doesn't push products!

I have sensitive skin due to an autoimmune disorder. I'm cautious/hesitant about trying products and very lazy about putting anything on my face. I commented how much I liked the sunscreen that Katia was using on me and how it wasn't greasy. Katia gave a sample to try. A while back, I mentioned that Target no longer carries the sunscreen and I may have to order from Amazon. Katia then just handed me the remaining (about half full) tube that she was using on me.

Katia regularly asks how my face and skin are feeling during the appointments. When getting a peel, Katia shortened the time from the regular duration to make sure my skin didn't have an adverse reaction. Katia even followed up a few days after the appointment to ask how my skin was doing.

When I'm in the mood to chat, we chat, but when I'm tired or sleepy or just not feeling very social, Katia doesn't force conversation. We've spoken about politics, families, etc, and Katia asks about my sister at the beginning of every appointment (she's only met my sister the one time).

The ambiance is always good - different types of music, but always mellow, dim lighting, clean, etc.
