Lily has changed my life and I can’t thank her enough for it. Coming out of the pandemic after not getting my usual laser for a year+ was humiliating and I was hopeless until I met Lily. At our first appointment she took the time to explain every detail and made me feel confident that I would be hair free in a year. Well let’s just say I had done laser for a LONG time prior to the pandemic, so it has taken more than a year, but I’m almost completely hairless now and finally feel confident walking around in public again. I can’t sing Lily’s praises enough.It hurts, there’s no getting around it. And it takes time. And repetition. But she provides excellent service at every step along the way.If you have unwanted hair that makes you feel some kind of way, trust Lily to be thoughtful and considerate of those feelings. I’m so appreciative of that.Her knowledge and understanding of the science behind electrolysis is PhD level. It might feel like she is zapping you with a lightning bolt from Zeus himself, but she’s not. I’ve been visiting Lily for awhile now, and while the zapping part itself was quite painful at the beginning, her encouragement made the experience more manageable. Lily is a great listener and conversationalist, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Plus, she’s punctual and fast at getting back to you when you have a question.
