The first time I used Redwood Restoration was because my house flooded. I had no idea what I was going to do, and it turned out I didn't need to do anything. They immediately got all the water out of the house and put big dehumidifiers and fans in every room. They took an inventory of everything that was and wasn't damaged by the flood. They packed every room in my house with an itemized list of exactly where it was. They even packed the rooms that weren't damaged by the flood as the floors in the entire house had to be replaced.
Their attention to detail is impeccable, and so is the level of respect they have for you and your home.
They moved all of my things into storage until the work was finished and then brought everything back. Upon my request, as I have a bad back, they unpacked and put everything back where it goes.
Unfortunately, I had to call them again as my house caught fire when I was visiting family in So Cal and destroyed everything.
I called Kurt and asked him if he would meet me at my house when i was headed home so i didn't have to be alone. Kurt met me at my house. He took over 200 pictures of the damages, wrote a report, and sent it to my insurance company as a favor to help me start the process. He was truly a godsend. I don't think I would have made it thru that day without him. The beautiful part is that he met me there as a favor.
He goes above and beyond what he has to do to get the job done. He cares about the people who he's helping. His entire crew is top-notch, and they also care about the work they do and the people they are working for. Their attention to detail and work ethic is definitely a 10 out of 10. If you are in an unfortunate situation and need help from a flood or fire, I would only call this company. I am truly blessed that they are the company that ended up working on my house.
In short, I'd describe him as an unsung hero, truly a good human.”
