“Wife and I looked around locally to replace our gazebo for our spa. Only a couple of retail places that carry them and the choice is limited. Got on web saw something close to what we wanted and contacted the owner, John, on phone. Based in Ukiah. John was great to work with. We talked, I sent pictures of what I had. We liked what we had it just wore out. John was extremely easy to talk to and work with. He asked about measurement etc. gave me a price. Not only a good price but better than others I looked at. We were able to tweak a few things. Again John likes to do custom as much as his standard offerings. He also quoted delivery, install and remove my existing one. Again his prices were more than fair. I got quotes from some u see around town to remove my spa and it was nuts. John and his son Jay arrived early and went to work. A couple of times we asked him tweak the build and it was no problem. A few hours and they were done. I also needed to replace a privacy fence around some equipment. Can't buy anymore because of COVID. Sent John some pics and measurement and he built these and installed these as well! We he brought the gazebo. He never asked me to sign anything. What we had built (gazebo) was not complicated compared to some but what we wanted. They did a great job! And you can't asked for more than that. A shout out to Maria also. Hope u liked the lemons.“
