I would give them 10 stars if I could! I had just moved to Ukiah from NJ and my home flooded from the the water heater failing. Kurt, an owner with Redwood Restoration was absolutely amazing, calling me immediately and showing up within hours (way into the evening) to assess the damage and schedule the water cleanup the following morning. He explained everything, was fabulous with my insurance company and helped with contacting companies needed ASAP to avoid mold. It was an upsetting time and he reassured me that his company would be there throughout the process! So incredibly kind!!! He returned every text within minutes. A home required water mitigation due to temporary flooding. Tom and his team responded immediately after being assigned through my insurance. It was a pleasure working with him because he communicates very clearly, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He helped resolve my concerns along the way. I would highly recommend.
