I'm so fortunate to have found Denise! I'm a newcomer to pilates, and made a gradual and remarkable progress over a few weeks thanks to Denise. My balance, my strength, my flexibility, my posture---all improved. Denise not only is an excellent trainer with years of professional experiences, but also an attentive, caring, and intuitive person who thus is capable of creating a personalized workout just for you on a given day. I highly recommend Denise!

Denise Shaw is a wonderful personal trainer. She is compassionate, patient and most of all, very knowledgeable. She focuses on her clients independently and creates programs based on their needs. She is an expert in Pilates, weight training, proper stretching and diet and nutrition. I have been working with her for 18 years with no plans of stopping!
