“Anna, has amazing customer service. I have been a customer at Target Optical for a few years. The reason we keep going. back is because of the amazing customer service. Anna takes her time with each customer and makes sure all questions are answered. Most recently, I went in to purchase a new set of prescription glasses for my son, and she took the time to find a good deal since I do not have vision insurance at this time. she made me feel appreciated and most importantly she cared to take the time and do some research to find the best deal she could offer. Tulare Target Optical is lucky to have such great employees, that cara about the customer and their needs.“

“My visit went so well. From the receptionists to the doctor and everyone in between! Dr Oblad was very thorough and explained everything well. My appt. was at 9 am and they saw me very shortly after. I was in and out within an hour. As a new patient I am very pleased from the start and I look forward to my next visit!“

“Dr Cantrell was very clear about my vision issues. She kept me informed about my history and making sure everything is clear from past issues, told me what to keep an eye out for if I need to come back before the next annual appointment. I was in and out of my appointment time in 40 minutes in the late afternoon. The staff was very friendly and efficient.“

“I saw Dr. Yasuda for the first time last year. I’ve never had a dentist actually sit down in front of me, answer all my questions very patiently. He went above and beyond, like looked at my previous glasses to compare prescriptions. He asked me questions about my previous eye exam experiences. He was just very personable! The girls at the front desk were so sweet to me, they helped me choose frames that looked the best. “I enjoyed going to his office and he helped me so much. my understanding is he retired and im looking for another optometrist like him. Im not sure what some people are talking about he has been so helpful I had told several optometrist what my issues were and they ignored me he actually helped me and if I have to pay out of pocket to see him I don't care. Also you are not required to buy his glasses you can take your prescription to Costco I would ask him for it and I never had an issue with them giving it to me everyone was nice about it. Also he practices and was taught (eastern Medicine) Traditional Chinese Medicine and that is why you might think he was strange as US practices Western. Western is all medication and eastern and natural. Everyone I know personally has gone to him and I was referred by several of my co-workers and they all love him.“
