I received Excellent customer service in the Optical department in Target. I was in need of having my nose pads replaced on my glasses. Anna Alferez helped me immediately, with a smile she replaced my nose pads. Wow, it was a pleasure dealing with such an awesome Optical Team Member.
Kathy was very helpful! She greeted me with a welcoming smile and immediately asked me how she could help. She fixed my broken glasses in less than 5 minutes and even cleaned the lenses for me! Thank you so much for your wonderful service Kathy.
enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff here at the Tulare Optical department. I feel like you can offer a better selection of higher end frames for customers that looking for quality. the frames you had available were good but you can improve your frame options
