Had an appointment today and was a little skeptical about the virtual part of the appointment, like many others here seemed to be. What I can say is it was great! It’s very cool that the DR can control all the equipment from elsewhere. The DR was very nice and so was the girl who helped me in store. I was seen right away and my budget was respected, I left knowing soon I’ll have the glasses I want (with a new prescription because I am blind haha), very pleased! Will be back again and I will recommend to everyone I know. Thank you again to the in store associate that helped me. I was pleasantly surprised to see a Dr thru a virtual! This allows us to have quality from exams to diagnosing and treatment.
