I was unable to get in at my "usual" optometrist"s office for several months and wanted to give something like this a try, as I have healthy eyes and a fairly light prescription. I made an appointment online for just a week or so out. The staff was all kind and friendly and my appointment went really smoothly. They have most of the testing tech (and some additional!) to what I was used to and I actually liked the telehealth format in interacting with the doc. It was a busy day and I did have to wait a bit, but I didn't mind and went ahead and did the work of selecting frames while I waited, with the help of one of the associates (thank you! that's always the hardest part)....read full review

First time going to Target Optical. I was very happy with my exam. I really liked the staff as well as the doctor. Everything was explained well. I bought a pair of prescription glasses as well. Can’t wait to get them.

I took my grandmother for an eye appointment at Target Optical in Visalia on September 1st. First off I want to thank the staff for takin their time and working with my 99 year old grandmother. Everyone was extremely kind and very patient with her and she was very very pleased with her experience. On behalf of my grandmother and myself thank you very much for making her eye appointment smooth and painless.
