I also really appreciate that she goes beyond just the massage itself. With her background in yoga, she’s given me helpful stretching tips to work on between sessions, and she also offers things like cupping, red light therapy, and sauna sessions after the massage to help with recovery.

“Pretty good Korean type spa with lots of steam rooms and hot rooms, like solt, terrarium, cold room, oxygen room and restaurant. Very clean and priced are very affordable. Free parking. Nail and hair salon next door, very convenient. There are no clocks in specialty hot rooms, it would be nice if they add it. Also there is no temperature endicator on any of the rooms - please add it, some rooms are too hot for some people to enter. Please maje sure, people don't use cell phones in dressing rooms as well. Overall, good experience.“

“I've been coming to this salon every 2-3 months since my 2nd trimester last year, and I continue to go now that I'm in my postpartum journey back to recovery. The massages were amazing when I was pregnant, but they're even more so now that I'm a mother to 99th percentile 5 month old (he is so heavy and my body is wrecked lol) and am recovering from an unplanned c-section delivery. And I can truly attest that to the individuals who work at Sparrow's Nest, who are all so kind and welcoming, but especially because of my favorite massage therapist, Ariel!

She is so genuinely inviting and takes the time to listen to you as well as make sure you're comfortable. She's amazing at what she does, releasing tension in tight areas around my body, especially because I also have chronic pain due to scoliosis. And then after the massage, you can tell she truly cares about your wellbeing, because she takes the time to go over what she worked on, what she observed & felt, and leaves you feeling both refreshed and relaxed. I purchased a Quartet package deal and paid extra to make my sessions 90 minutes to get the full experience, and it's so totally worth it! I will be coming back even after my quartet package runs out.

“I finally made an appointment to see a chiropractor, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been dealing with chronic lower back and shoulder pain, and Dr. Tran did an amazing job addressing the problem. It turns out I had a hip misalignment, and her method was completely different from what I remember from many years ago, when chiropractors would twist you around and try to pop different parts of your body.

Instead, Dr. Tran used these little attachments to work through my tight muscles, covered my back with a heated blanket, and then used a tool that sounded like I was being stapled—but surprisingly, it was completely painless! Afterwards, I had a massage with Jerry, who was very nice and made me feel completely comfortable. I had never had a male massage therapist before, so I asked if I could keep my clothes on, and he said absolutely—it was no problem and he was able to work around it.

The front desk staff, Cynthia, was also wonderful and did a great job finding a schedule that worked for me. I’m especially happy that they were able to get my insurance to cover the visit!

The next morning, I felt so much better. Getting out of bed was noticeably easier, and I didn’t have to grunt and struggle like I usually do.

I highly recommend this place if you’re dealing with back or shoulder pain. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience.

The only downside is the parking. If you don’t want to pay an excessive amount for parking, I suggest looking for street parking nearby.“

“I decided to try this place out. It is located in a chiropractor office. It was a nice and professional massage. I felt relaxed and loose after the massage. They also have plenty of parking.“

“I came in with a stiff neck from sleeping wrong that I had been suffering for three weeks. I finally decided to seek help and I found chiropractic remedy on my insurance portal. They fit me in on a Saturday with Dr. Alexandra, who was amazing. We spent an hour doing different treatment at the end. I had an amazing adjustment and she was the absolute sweetest and made me feel so comfortable and walked me through every step of the treatment. I booked my appointment for next Saturday and I look forward to meeting with Dr. Alexandra again we created a treatment plan. “Ive had great massage around the world but I always come back to Surin. Thankfully, it's in my neighborhood, but even if this place was 30 mins away, I would make the drive to come here. That being said, the deep combo Thai massage will have you feeling loose and relaxed after they step all over your body. Special shoutout to Kathy, who was theeee absolute best!! I wish I opted for the 90 min massage instead! But honestly anyone I go to here gets the job done well. Can't wait to come back at the end of the month!“
