5+ stars. When our furnace stopped working, we called Ferris Heating at 8 am three days before Christmas with an epic snowstorm rolling in. The father, Dave, called us back within 30 minutes, and his son, Ryan, arrived about noon. Fortunately it was an easy fix, but he also mentioned that they carry many standard parts on the truck if that had been needed. He was pleasant, knowledgable, and took the extra time to make sure it was working well and make some adjustments to improve the overall heating level and prevent the same thing from happening again. When Ryan found out my 91 yo mother was with us & our furnace wasn’t working - he rearranged his schedule to make us his first stop of the day. He was very knowledgeable, yet gracious about it & we were incredibly grateful. I would use them for any HVAC needs in Truckee. SO impressive.Service: Heating system maintenance

I'd give more stars if I could! The furnace went out late on a Friday afternoon and Ryan graciously took the time to walk me through troubleshooting it over the phone since he was out of town and wouldn't be able to come by until Monday. With his help, I was able to reset our furnace and fix the issue, saving me from a very long, very cold winter night!
