I had my regular cleaning today, and she made a lasting impression on me. She carefully educated me on how to properly use a toothbrush to prevent gum disease and showed me things I had never known before. She also explained the connection between gum disease and overall body health in a way that was simple, clear, and easy to understand. The illustration she used was eye-opening.

During the entire cleaning process, she consistently explained what she was doing and was very thoughtful about my comfort, even asking if I needed a short break. Her work was smooth, thorough, and 100% professional.
