I've been seeing Dr. Singh and her staff for 11 years now. Today I was reminded why I love them and trust them with my dental health. I thought I had a cracked filling--my tooth felt different when my tongue touched it--and the entire staff worked together to make me comfortable and take care of the problem. Nicole in the front office treats me feel like family, and does an incredible job of scheduling and billing. Dental assistant Heather could sense I was a little anxious about my unknown problem, and she made me feel a lot calmer as she talked to me and took X-rays. Dr. Singh examined the X-rays and took very clear photos to make sure she knew what was going on with my teeth--she showed me the two chips in my molar, and a chip in the crown of another tooth. I liked seeing for myself what was wrong. I appreciate how Nicole made sure I clearly understood the proposed work and costs before any dental work began, as she always does. Dr. Sara did my fillings, and along with Heather to assist her, they put me at ease. Dental hygienist Sadaf cleaned and polished my teeth and had me laughing. I came to the office a little stressed because I knew something was wrong with my teeth, and left feeling with such peace of mind, knowing that my teeth had been taken care of. I am so grateful to Dr. Singh and her staff. They are amazing!
I usually don't write reviews unless they've made either a really great impact or a bad one and let me just say that this place is one of the best dentist places you can go to. 1. I have a wisdom tooth and was in so much pain and they squeezed me in the same day. 2. They don't try to rip you off. The last dentist that I went to, I ended up paying $600 for an extraction of a wisdom tooth and that's WITH INSURANCE. Mind you with the SAME insurance I got quoted less than $100. I found a dentist that I know I'm sticking with!
I never do reviews, however I had to for this office and experience. All the staff -from the front desk, the assistants and Dr. Singh were very nice and professional. They took the time to explain each step of the visit and made you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone.
