Prices went up. $5 on every service! Verni does a good job for gel mani and pedi but $5 I don't think is justified. We're paying for the whole experience and the nail techs do lack some customer service skills in communicating to customers what they want us to do with our hands or feet ex: pushing our hands into the heat lamp, motioning to us what they want is a little lack of communicating and can be rude to others.The nice gentleman at the front is easy to communicate with and professional:) He makes it easy to schedule appointments.

Came here for the first time today because I was in the area. I am very impressed. John gave me exactly what I asked for. He is very detailed and made sure I liked the design throughout the process. Will definitely be coming back here from now on.

Got my nails by John, was really satisfied. I normally don't ever get gel on my hands but I have a trip and John recommended it and I love it. He did a great job shaping it. These are my natural nails.
