“The staff is great, supportive, and very nice. I did a stomach tightening procedure which was great as it forces me to not eat as much which have been helpful that I have been struggling with emotional eating since the pandemic started. I lost 6 pounds in 1 month which have been very hard for me to do in the last 3 years. Another neat thing about the stomach tighting is that it forces you to also eat and drink slow as I am someone who struggles with eating too quickly. Because when you eat fast or a lot you feel fuller faster and you also feel the stomach not taking the food and fluid quickly.“
