“I had a personal trainer that recommended Scott to me after a session where I discovered I was having an uncomfortable pain in my right shoulder during one of the workout. I never had any type of sports massage work done prior so I was very excited to try something new. Before I would just go home and deal with my pain. I appreciate that Scott took time to ask me questions about the pain I was having and diagnose what was causing the issue. He gave me useful information during the massage and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I did a few more sessions at the gym with him to keep up with my recovery and I had great results. He told me about extra exercises I could do from home which helped to. I'm really thankful that he listened to all my concerns and that he follows up a day or so later to check on you. Scott goes above and beyond for his clients. Highly recommended!“

I did a stomach tightening procedure which was great as it forces me to not eat as much which have been helpful that I have been struggling with emotional eating since the pandemic started. I lost 6 pounds in 1 month which have been very hard for me to do in the last 3 years. Another neat thing about the stomach tighting is that it forces you to also eat and drink slow as I am someone who struggles with eating too quickly. Because when you eat fast or a lot you feel fuller faster and you also feel the stomach not taking the food and fluid quickly.“

“Sophia & Michael are AMAZING! I live about 2 hours away and my husband and I agree, we will definitely be back. Facility is nice and clean. Nothing overly fancy, perfect for the services they provide. There is also no mandatory valet like some other shopping centers in the area. Came in around 7 pm on a Tuesday night and was able to get into a room right away. I had Michael and with his knowledge of pressure points , I knew I was going to leave relaxed. My husband had a female (didn't catch her name) whom he noted about 3 times he wanted more pressure from. Without any arguments or us asking, they swapped her out for another woman (Sophia). He says she turned everything around and is the reason we will be back.Would definitely recommend after a long day!“

“I was really stressed out today and had a long day at work and have been workingout a lot this month. I decided I needed a massage today to take my stress off, and boy was it nice. I ended up getting lucky and no one was there, although it was 9:30 and they closed at 10. The owner named Joyce gave me my massage. For $30 for a 30 minute massage it’s probably the best deal in town. The best part was towards the end she used hot stones all along my spine. I would definitely return. Especially since I’ve broken my back in the past and sit for long periods of time at work it can be very rejuvenating to get a massage.“
