Our plumber Anthony was transparent from the get go! I’m always hesitant when I have plumbing issues about being over charged or taken advantage of but that was not the case! He explained everything in detail and made sure we understand the costs and necessity of everything before proceeding. I did my own research and was pleasantly surprised that it ended up being a really good deal and less than I expected. We will continue to go through them for future business!
I hired Dr. Drain Plumbing to remove and replace my aging water heater. I was very pleased with their work. Grace was helpful on the phone and scheduled my service quickly. David was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions, did a thorough job and showed me how to adjust the water heater temperature. Before starting the project he and his assistant protected the work area to prevent any damage to my floor. Upon completion they vacuumed and cleaned the area. They did a really nice job.
