We had a blocked kitchen sink. Travis came out ahead of the appointed time and diagnosed the situation based on my description. The ideal solution required a machine he didn't have with him (hydrojet). He suggested we could snake it to see if that addresses the issue - I needed the fix right away, so I went with it. His solution worked and he waited to flood the pipes with hot water to ensure that the clog is gone.I appreciate Tasvir's knowledge, competence, and patience to ensure that the job got done right.
