Very busy location and parking spots are extra tight. However the staff here from the check in to the nurses to the pharmacy are all very nice, friendly and helpful. My doctor is awesome; he is bilingual so I feel very comfortable to discuss any health questions with him when I'm not sure how to express it in English.
Cant say enough good things about kaiser ...recently I had a really bad upper resp infection and cold...I had a doctor calling me within hours on a sunday....I also had a evisit and had a prescription immediately
I've been coming here on and off for the past 4 years to get my blood drawn by Angelica and she's amazing. She's really comforting and takes her time to make her patients happy. I come here to take care of my health, but I end up leaving happier and that's a bonus. I recommend this place to anyone reading this ?
