My body has been aching for weeks but after a little sound bath with crystals and Reiki I felt lighter. And the following day I felt like I got zinged in the back of my head and everything just started looking bright my mood changed for the better. For some reason I thought back to the session and I know it had something to do with that. I've had Reiki a few times and this is definitely one of the best sessions because it stays with you.

So this is a long over due review, came here and got a deep tissue and reiki session from Elizabeth. Wow! Let me just tell those reading how amazing that was! I have been to Massage envy and massage green spa (both corporate) and none of those experiences or quality of service have outdone any of my experiences here at Gentle touch spa with Elizabeth! She's very communicative, friendly and professional! Her compassionate and insightful nature really shines through when she uses her expertise and she is very knowledgeable. First time customer here and I wanted to share my most recent experience. I did a reiki healing session for the very first time and was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. My healer was very informative and explained the entire process to me from beginning to end. After the session I felt very relaxed and at ease but what really amazed me was how well I slept the night of. I wasn't sleeping very well and constantly tossed and turned but after the session I had no problem falling asleep and woke up feeling refreshed. I will definitely be coming back.
