customer service sucks , I would rather pay more at Old Masters or S&S 🤷

Jason Speight, the manager, is rude and condescending. He has no business being in customer service, let alone managing a store. When I went into the Irvine location he overcharged me for products that I paid cash for and didn’t provide a receipt. Once I realized the error he refused to assist me with a return or price correction, saying he had no record of my order. He became aggressive and told me it wasn’t his job to help customers. I would never step foot in this store again and will tell every contractor I know about the experience I had here.

CONSUMER ALERT! BEWARE of Reward and Galleher! DO NOT BUY REWARD PRODUCTS! In December 2019, a rep from Star Floors in Phoenix AZ recommended vinyl plank flooring distributed by Gallaher. The product we purchased and installed is: GemCore-by Reward, Onyx Collection Manchester. The Star Floors rep said it would be a waterproof, superior alternative to traditional wood plank flooring. After installation, we immediately found that it scratches easily! Within two weeks of installation we discovered that the planks under our Lazy Boy recliners had scratched. Our recliners feature nylon glides so needless to say, we were shocked. We don’t move the recliners around, we simply sit in them when we watch TV in the evenings. Subsequently, the rep from Star Floors came out, took photos and said he would follow up with the manufacturer and distributor, Reward, and Galleher. After a month of waiting, the Rep called to say that Reward and Galleher felt that the product was “within spec” and that they would do nothing for us. BEWARE of Reward and Galleher. Their product claims are deceptive and they do not stand behind their products! The deceptive description of this flooring on Galleher’s website states: “Onyx offers the beautiful look and feel of wide plank hardwood flooring on a body that can survive the most challenging interior environments. A heavy duty surface, adhered to a 70% stone sublayer provides a significantly greater level of protection for areas including homes with pets, commercial areas with high traffic and rentals. Mineral-enhanced finish provides an extreme layer of durability proven to resist shoe scuffs, kids toys and even pet claw marks.” We are more than disappointed to find that this flooring can’t even resist scratching under stationary recliners! More than that, both Reward and Galleher flatly refuse to stand behind their product. BEWARE of Reward and Galleher!
