Dr. Nicole Raphael and the team at Access provided the absolute best service and compassion. We came to this location after our senior dog needed to be hospitalized. Dr. Raphael took the time to explain to us our pet’s test results and condition. When our dog’s condition worsened, Dr. Raphael was incredibly compassionate and honest regarding our options for care. She was with us every step of the way and even stayed to administer the euthanasia injections and comfort us. Thank you so much to Dr. Raphael and the staff that took great care of our fur baby. My dog was breathing very erratically which prompted me to take him to Access for emergency care late on a Thursday night. I’ve heard so many bad stories about pet hospitals being rip offs so I was bracing myself. I was so pleasantly surprised that the person answering the phone was so courteous and kind. When I came in I was treated with the same kind and professional treatment that it immediately put me at ease. The process was seamless from start to finish. I did not have to wait long, there was just one person ahead of me. The doctor who attended to my dog was thorough but he was also conservative in his measure not wanting to do more than necessary (which I appreciated!)...read full review
