Always a good experience with Timo's! Don't know how they recruit or train their technicians, but each of them have been very professional and skilled. Shows that a good company can, indeed, find and keep good people.

Ken was easy to talk to at the initial consultation, and he provided helpful information and answers. He was considerate in drafting a contract proposal that met our needs well. The Timo's team who came to install the system were prompt, pleasant, efficient, and helpful in orienting us to the system's features and operation.
