Timo's Air Conditioning & Heating

We’ve used Timo’s for about 5 years now. They are very quick to come out when we call. They also have a fantastic maintenance agreement for a very reasonable price! I highly recommend them.

Timo was running a special for $77 maintenance. My air-conditioning system is relatively new but I think it's important to keep it maintained. They gave me a two hour appointment window and then a link so I would know exactly when the service person would arrive. He was here for nearly 2 hours and never recommended further servicing. I simply paid my $77 and now I am well prepared. The service person was really friendly and worked the whole time he was here. I would definitely use Timo again.

Best service ever. Came home after hospitalization to a 99 degree house. Service the following morning. Could not have been better. Even came back later in the day to check that all was ok. Price was fair for a Sunday morning emergency. Timo’s is not inexpensive but always helpful and super reliable.
