The General did a great job. We came home to a house that was 90 degrees on a Saturday. A technician from General came out and diagnosed the problem as a failed condenser. The gentleman then came out to give us our options as far as replacement of both the heater and cooling unit. On Monday, the installation people were there to put in the unit in a professional and timely manner.
