We live in a trailer and our used water line broke. We called our home warranty plumber and he said he wouldn't fix it until the sewage was extracted. So we called the flood response people and they said they need a huge septic pumping truck to come out, and would call us back for a quote. The flood response people never called us back and it was after 5pm. We called southwest plumbing and explained our situation and they said we'll be there in an hour. They fixed the pipe as much as they could because it needed replacement and said they would finish the job the next day. Top to bottom the best customer service ever.
