Went on a whim. I had physical therapy in the morning but felt like a massage would address more of my issue and overall body ache. Yen (sp?) the proprietor took time to understand my needs and briefed the masseuse, Coco. She used a nice amount of pressure and worked on the areas that were especially knotted and locked up. I’ve had more technically trained massages before, but this massage had good technique and was very therapeutic. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived. I was in a private room, which was clean, calming and comfortable. I’m so glad I went. Will definitely go again.

I go to Nirvana Day Spa regularly for a full body massage, particularly after tough workouts. They have masseurs who can give a really good deep tissue massage (which is what I like). In addition I have used them several times for stiff neck/shoulder and they really work their magic. The facility is fairly basic (this is not the Four Seasons) but don't but put off by that - it is reflected in their ultra-low price - but it is very clean, comfortable and quiet, and all their staff are very professional.
