Before the massage, I explained that I was very sore and tight from working out which she added light stretches to the massage that made me feel so much better and relieved the soreness in my left shoulder and hamstrings.
I also had a facial service included with Annie which was a great way to finish my spa treatment. The scalp and facial massage felt incredible! I realized after my time there, how beneficial a massage and a facial can be.
