“As a new timer in Malibu I was blown away by the kindness and excellency in service they provided me from the front. The process for each time I visited was unbelievably efficient. All they needed from me was my phone number and my clothes were off. The clothes were ready and steamed to perfection. When my latest purchase was not done on time, Sam went above and beyond for me. He told me he drove from Sherman Oaks to Hollywood where the pants were being finished just to have them back to me Saturday. I give my upmost respect and gratitude to every single worker in that place for providing me w the best experience I could have had in Malibu.“

“so i brought in a dress i needd for a wedding and the lady upfront said three days. i came back five days later and it wasnt done and she didnt even apologize she just said come back tommorrow. when i finaly got it the hem was crooked and there was a sticky spot on the fabric that wasnt theere before. honestly i woudnt trust them with anything delicate again it was a total waste of time.“

“Highly recommend, also the only cleaner in the area that is open for pressing or cleaning on Saturdays.

We had five groomsmen that needed our suits pressed the day of the wedding. 5 jackets, 5 pants, and 5 shirts. It was 10:45am, the store planned on turning the machine off at 11:00am, because a workers shift was ending. The owner had us come to the store and hustled to accommodate us. He has all our items finished, wrapped, and organized within 45 minutes. Impressive considering that they were all the same suit, just different sizes, but he knew who’s belonged to who.
