“The woman who is in the front every day is the sweetest lady ever. She is so kind, helpful and has always made everything better for me. I have taken her a fitted jacket for cleaning recently, a formal gown that had stains on it and was ripped at the bottom, as well as riding boots my horse ripped. I bought a dress a few years ago and it had been hanging in my closet because I didn’t think anyone could alter it the way I wanted it to be. When the Palisades wildfire hit and my home suffered major smoke damage, I brought in bedding, outdoor furniture fabrics, and couch fabrics that smelled like a campfire and looked hopeless. They treated every piece like it was their own—they brought the fabrics back looking basically brand new and completely got rid of that harsh, lingering smoke smell. I was honestly shocked at how well everything came out.
