Nikki at Oaks mall Nordstrom was absolutely amazing! I bought Dior makeup and a Parfums de Marly cologne for my husband’s birthday, and she helped me pick the perfect gifts. She was so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel luxurious and stress-free. Her recommendations were spot on and you can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. I had a wonderful shopping experience recently thanks to the help of Caroline Ferrone. She was an exceptional sales person, who helped me find the perfect Mother's Day gift for my mom. Caroline was very attentive without being pushy, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for. She guided me to a beautiful necklace that felt just right for my mom. I truly appreciated her professionalism and help and will definitely return because of this experience.

Manager here is a tool. He made up a Nordstrom policy when I attempted to return a shirt I had worn but noticed a spot on ($250 shirt).
He tried to embarrass me, so I made him read the policy on the back of the receipt out loud in front of his colleagues.
I’ll be driving to the valley for my Nordstrom shopping going forward. Used to love shopping there and eating at blue stove on the top floor. Not anymore!
