Fantastic experience! Zahra is one of the best hair stylists I have gone to in the past 30 years.I have been to top notch salons paying up to $250 very unsatisfied with the skills of haircut/styling.. Zahra was pleasant professional and great with color as well. I appreciated the one on one attention as I have experienced other stylists working on two other clients at the same time .. JC Penney Salon is a pleasant atmosphere and right on with pricing.Services: Haircut

Extremely talented hair stylists would be an understatement.I have NEVER left the salon(during the past 10+ years I've been a regular customer)feeling anything less than extraordinarily pleased and amazed.Thank you ladies!
