Newbury Park Martial Arts Center is absolutely amazing! My son has been completely dedicated to martial arts ever since he joined, and it’s easily one of his favorite things to do. He’s always asking to arrive early to class so he can get extra mat time!
What really sets NPMAC apart is the incredible instructors. They pour so much into their students and genuinely care about helping each one grow, both in martial arts and as individuals. I really feel that my son is learning life skills he can take off the mat. I can’t recommend NPMAC enough to anyone who wants to learn karate and self-defense! Give them a try, they will not disappoint!
Newbury Park Martial Arts Center has been great for our kids. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and really good at building confidence while keeping things fun and structured. It’s a positive, welcoming environment and our kids genuinely enjoy going. Highly recommend for families.
The team here is amazing. They support kids as they learn, while also pushing them to grow and persevere. They are inclusive of different types of learners, while still requiring competence of learned skills. They hold all students accountable to the Student Creed and ensure the dojo is a safe learning space.
My daughter has grown so much with her skills and her confidence. She loves it!
