Recently I had an excellent experience with Kingsly, and recommend it to anyone looking to purchase new flooring. I have been working with Fannie, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to ensure all our questions/concerns got answered, providing us insights and professional advice. She didn't try to sell the most expensive options, instead, she recommended what the best fit for our needs. Was very pleased with my experience purchasing from Kingsly Hardwood Flooring. My wife and I visited the showroom once and Jacob was very helpful and patient with us as we took our time selecting the right engineered hardwood for our home. The following week, Kingsly connected me with Ulrica to place my order and she was very helpful and responsive to calls and emails. The flooring arrived when they said it would, all in great condition. From what I can tell searching for the hardwood model online it appears we got a great deal as well. Thank you!
