I can not say enough great things about this team. Everyone was amazing! Very professional and responsive. When I found small amount of mold next to my tub I called them right away and they helped me discover a water leak and go through my insurance. They took care of all the back and forth with my home insurance and getting them all they needed and showing them all that needed to be done. After fighting with the insurance for a few months everything was approved thanks to John's hard work. The girls in the office Angela and Dani did a great job of keeping me updated every few days. We had a leak in our office that resulted in mold. Our call to PuroClean Temecula resulted in fast friendly service. Their office immediately dispatched a technician, Rod, to our office. Rod explained the procedure very thoroughly, so we felt at ease with what was about to happen. We received a fair estimate and hired them right away. Rod and Ryan arrived on time on demo day, did a great job in keeping us updated on the status, and the place was left neat and tidy. You won’t find a nicer pair of guys than these two.
