Excellent customer service.Hunter our installer was professional, courteous and very efficient. He installed our whole house fan in a little over an hour and cleaned up after himself. There was a bit of plaster that was knocked off during install. He went out to his truck and got supplies and patched it before he left. Looks like it was never knocked off. We had a problem with the first fan they installed and Amy at the Temecula office was very helpful and had Hunter come back out and the problem was resolved. I am looking forward to my energy bill dropping now that I can use my whole house fan in the evening when it's cooler to cool my house off. Hunter was very helpful and explained the controls, how the fan works and what windows, doors would be good to open to get the best results.Just can't say enough about Innovative Energy Solutions customer Service. Amy and Hunter were excellent.
